Your Job Description :

Sell new and pre-owned automobiles, including cars, trucks, and vans on premises of vehicle sales estalishment at dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards by performing the following duties.

1. Greet customers on sales floor and determines make, type and quility of vehicle desired.
2. Explains features and demonstates operation of vehicle in showroom and on the road.
3. Suggests optional equipment for customers to purchase.
4. Researches availability of models and optional equipment using computer database.
5. Consults with Sales Manager when necessary; never allowing a customer to walk away without first consulting with a Sales Manager.

The steps to selling and earning the business of a customer has a process that's easy to follow. The main ingredient is careing for the customer and listening to them in-order to find out their needs and wants. We will send you to training and pay you for the education for learning a new trade.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are represented of knowledge, skill, and/or abilities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with families to have a good flexable schedule. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Current , valid, driver's license; a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

The employee is regularly required to work 5 days a week, 8 to 10 hours per day.
