In this position, you will take care of our clients, helping them with repair orders and acting as the liason between the client and the dealership. This is a very important position, and customer service skills are a priority!
Duties
--- Meet and Greet Customers as they enter the facility
--- Proactively explain to customers our service and recommend maintenance necessary for their vehicle and generate sales without pressure
--- Perform a through tire inspection on all vehicles
--- Establish long-term relationship with customers
--- Assist Shop Management as needed
--- Follow applicable OSHA guidelines at all times
