We‚re looking for a Sales Manager to lead our team of Sales Consultants.

Responsibilities of Sales Manager:


* Create and organize all sales activities for the Sales division
* Work with and supervise Sales Consultants to ensure individual and department sales goals and quotas are met
* Partner with the Financial Services department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach
* Assist Sales Consultants in closing sales as needed

Skills / Requirements

Requirements for Sales Manager:


* Proven sales experience, in the retail automobile industry
* Demonstrated leadership abilities
* Successful background in a financial / budgeting role
* Solid supervisory skills
* Superior communication and customer service skills/ MUST BE A MOTIVATED SELF STARTER!!!
MUST HAVE AUTO DESKING EXPERIENCE ( NO EXCEPTIONS IN THIS AREA)
DEALERSOCKET CRM SYSTEM EXPERIENCE IS VERY HELPFUL IN BEING CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION !
