All of our new hires take part in the AIG Academy of Automotive Sales Professionals. This week-long paid training academy teaches you the ins and outs of the selling process through both classroom and hands-on training. You’ll learn how to run our dealer socket customer computer system, how to set appointments using a telephone script, and how to map out a successful selling plan.
Additionally, every employee is required to become certified through the manufacturer in the product brands they will be selling. We also offer ongoing training on advanced phone skills and the concept of leasing.
Employees who are interested in climbing the career ladder can take part in our management training programs. We offer training for assistant sales, sales, finance, and general management positions.
